We prepare our Pharma Maca Extract from the dried roots of Lepidium meyenii plants which are Certified Organically Grown at an altitude of 12,000 to 15,000 feet in the central highlands of Peru.
To assure optimal quality and efficacy, the roots are hand-harvested at their peak of potency, are slow dried, and are then lightly toasted to maximize their digestion and assimilation. These roots are then shipped direct to our laboratory and thoroughly extracted.
Our Maca is never fumigated or irradiated.
